People with the integrated master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences can practice the profession, with full competence and responsibility, in areas such as: Community Pharmacy (including Technical Direction); Hospital Pharmacy; Clinical Pharmacy; Pharmaceutical Industry (in the areas of Research and Development, Production, Quality Control and Regulatory Affairs); Wholesale Distribution; Clinical Analysis; Research and Development in areas like Genetics, Microbiology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology, Immunology and Pharmacology

* The successful completion of all curricular units and the approval at 300 ECTS confers a Master’s degree. The bachelor degree in Pharmacy is awarded after six semesters and approval at 180 ECTS credits.

EXCHANGE PROGRAM/STUDY ABROAD

  • University Fernando Pessoa’s students who meet the eligibility criteria have the possibility to carry out periods of study and/or internship in international mobility.

 

  • Study periods in international mobility of students are carried out in higher education institutions outside Portugal, with which UFP maintains student exchange agreements under the Erasmus+ Program (in the European area) or other bilateral exchange agreements.
